64. Report - Further experiences with animals

I spoke to another pilgrim about the dangers of the animals. He affirms that we walk around with unjustified fear of animals. According to him, monkeys are the most dangerous (if you want to use the term DANGEROUS). They're curious, gluttonous, alert, fast, and whoops, they jump onto a parked car to disassemble and chew on the windshield wipers. They have already torn the side pocket of my carrier bag because "delicious" glossy paper (for a magic trick) was peeking out.   .....   Are mosquitoes dangerous? Although it has been proven that one can be infected with malaria or dengue fever, the usefulness of these mosquitoes dominates for me. Yes! Do the math and compare: you would find that there are far more people who have serious health problems from alcohol or medication than from dengue fever or malaria. Always this scaremongering... – Instead, please think positively: instead of critical vaccinations by pharmaceutical giants, I rely on the effectiveness of a ...

63. Report - Aatma schuddi karan - soul purification

"Where are you from?" - that's the most common question I'm asked on the side of the road or at tea stands. Sometimes this question annoys me because it is only aimed at the superficial outside. Sometimes I even get offended when people just take a picture with me, check on their mobile phone if the photo is good and then move on and just leave me standing. In the beginning, the answer was always "Inner Purification." Someone explained that in India they say "Aatma schuddi karan". "Atma schuddi karen", this term is obviously a key word: as soon as an Indian hears "Atma schuddi karan" when asked about t...

62. Report - Experiences with animals

At the very beginning of the journey, I was bitten by a Scolopendra, a kind of caterpillar, in a temple for several nights. The priest in the temple told me to pray to understand the meaning of this attack. – Hm. I had resolved to treat animals with more respect. Especially with unloved ones.   .....   From the middle part of India you see more buffalo. I like them because they carry their heads confidently, almost a little aggressively. Their milk is fattier, more nutritious. - Cows are sacred to Hindus and in rural areas you can see them on every street, in many fields, in front of houses, sometimes they stick their heads in doors. I'm discovering more and more how good the peace and quiet of the cows is for me. One could say that their energy has a therapeutic effect on me.   .....   I find that I sleep best outside in the open air. But sometimes there are too many insects. Once I unrolled my bed mats and was ready to sleep. But suddenly there are many smal...
