What are the next steps:       - I have to earn money so that I can pay my debts that arose from the unwanted return to Germany.       - I have already found a job as a German teacher. It sounds strange: the war in Ukraine is an advantage for me because there are now many Ukrainian refugees in Germany who have to learn German.       - In order to work, I need my laptop, on which I have a lot of important materials for the lessons. But the laptop is still in the Bodhi Zendo, the meditation center in Tamil Nadu.       - I have already applied for a new visa for India. Not only so that I can get the laptop, but also to collect further spiritual experiences in the meditation center and to be prepared for my new life in Germany. And to make a pilgrimage for a few more days to say goodbye to holy India and its streets.       - But, the visa application was rejected - I cannot come back to India now.         😓       - So I have t...

Due to the long pilgrimage in India, I arrived in Germany with a lot of inner peace.       I now see my old hometown differently and discover many more beauties. I enjoy the old houses that have been renovated and the park in front of my new workplace.      Autumn makes the leaves on the trees colorful. It's been snowing for a few days. It's nice. The houses, trees, roads and fields are enchantingly white. But it's cold, there are minus degrees. Some people can no longer heat enough because the prices for wood, oil and gas are very high.         View from Josefs house to the neighbourhood My friend Josef, with whom I live, has already caught a cold. He says he wasn't dressed warm enough.       In Germany people are always sick in winter - that's nothing special.       I am in good health. I also protect myself with CHYAWANPRASH - one of the wonderful things that exist in India. I think that we absolutely have to strengthen our immune system for w...

The first German I meet at Frankfurt Airport is an Italian. He lives here since a long time and his German is almost perfect. He got my passport and the accompanying documents from the stewardess and has to take me to the immigration office. On the way there we talk about the best topic to start a conversation with someone in Germany: weather! It's cold and damp in Frankfurt, almost 0 degrees. A perfect weather to catch a cold. I only wear the thin clothes from India. The Italian security man says that since he got the corona vaccinations, he has been sick much more often than before. But his happy, positive face radiates a lot of joie de vivre - it's nice to have met him for a short time. At immigration, he hands my papers over to a policeman. The young man doesn't know what to do with it, but smiles briefly and says friendly: "You are a German citizen. Welcome!” and hands me the papers. Next I have to call my old work colleague. She promised me that I could...

The journey with the two police officers in buses and trains takes 24 hours. There is friendly respect for each other. At the airport in New Delhi, they hand me over to the immigration officers. The farewell is very formal. But the new officials are friendly too. They are less respectful of the dark-skinned Congolese man who is also in custody with them. At the airport in Delhi One of the officials has an excellent knowledge of football and the World Cup that is just beginning. He is also familiar with the German team.  A security man comes later and takes me straight to the plane. He hands the stewardess my passport and the cover letter from the police.       If you think positively, that's wonderful, because I don't have to worry about anything and I get preferential treatment everywhere. Good juice and a snack are brought directly to you on the plane.       A young Indian man who speaks German quite well sits down next to me. He is an IT engineer and got a job i...
